We went all the way to Japan to find the best beard trimming shears around. The blades are beveled Japanese Steel 4034 with a hardness rating of 55-57. To put that into perspective, high quality axes have an HRC of 53-55. You're basically trimming your manly beard with two steel blades harder than the best tactical axes.

The leather carrying case is perfect for keeping your shears clean and safe while not in use. Nothing is worse than reaching into your drawer or dopp kit and stabbing yourself with these beautiful scissors.

At an overall length of 5.5" and 2.5" from the tip to fulcrum, these scissors pass TSA checked items regulation. We always keep ours in our checked baggage because these scissors are too beautiful and nice to get taken up by the agents not away of the rules!

Extremely Sharp!

These scissors are amazing! Their so sharp that I nicked my lip and didn’t even know it till it started bleeding. The only thing I’m not a big fan of is that their a bit big, and when I’m trimming my upper lip with precision it can be difficult to be accurate. The quality is outstanding, and they come with their own travel case! If I had a beard the size might not be a problem.

The beard trimming shears work well on both my hair and beard. Ever since the pandemic broke out in 2020, I stopped going to a barber/stylist and have been cutting my own hair (looks better than ever.) These shears work well for hair styling.
